Occasionally, users with extremely unusual or complicated requests can turn to paypal. Paypal has established guidelines for all of their users, making it a reliable source for individuals with very specific needs.

Paypal is not available in Turkey
Although Paypal is not available in Turkey, you can transfer money using another payment method.
To use another online banking or credit card payment method, you need to have a Turkish Paypal account. You can use your normal Paypal account to receive payments though.
It is very difficult to find information about Paypals in Turkey, so we recommend creating a new Turkish Paypal account and giving it a tentative password before sending any money.
You can still send money using an exchange like Boleto Bancario or a Western Union transfer if you have one available.
You can only pay using Paypal if the seller offers this option
If the item you are buying has a direct payment option such as a bank account or credit card, then you can easily pay via Paypal.
However, if the item does not have this option, then you may have to look at another payment method. Fortunately, there are many sellers who do offer this option!
Many of them offer their items for very low prices, so you may be able to pay almost nothing at all for the item. While this is not good quality customer service, it is possible.
If the seller offers good quality customer service, you can always ask them for a refund if you do not love the product.
Paypal has a safeguard system to protect buyers from fraud
Even though PayPal is a trusted payment platform, it does not know your full name, bank account number, or any other personal information. This makes it impossible to process your payment at this time.
However, you can still try our other payment options. We have Google Wallet and Apple Pay available as payment options.
If you use a credit or debit card on the traditional paypal site, then you are fine! Your purchase will be processed normally even if your paypal account is not authorized to process payments at this time.
The money in your PayPal account can be used like cash at millions of retailers who accept PayPal
If you have a lot of money in your PayPal account, you can use it to purchase things at more than 1,000 retailers that accept PayPal. This is because many companies offer lower fees to their customers when they have a large balance in their PayPal account.
These companies may not always have your best interest as the priority is getting money into their account, but it can be a start to ending poverty and/or buying things for yourself and others.
It is hard to browse all of these shops with your own personal data disabled, so we suggest you have a phone or computer with you so that you can easily login and buy things without having to do anything but print out the site.
This way, you can still protect your privacy while helping people in need.
