When a value is needed in order for the relationship to appear valuable, called an adjusted value (AV), it is useful to look at it as an additional cost or benefit.
An additional cost could be a fee, charged along with the relationship, or as a standalone benefit. A standalone benefit would not require any other cost or benefit in order for it to appear valuable.
For example, if you were to hire me as your Relationship Coach and we were charged at least $1,000 for our time, that would be an additional cost of $50 that would add up to $1,000 before anything was paid.
As another example, if you were paying me just your words only, and I wanted to add music and motion graphics into my content so that my work was more meaningful and engaging, those would be standalone benefits that would add value to my time.
R3 = (Vm – Va)/Im
When a value is outside the normal range, an adjustment is made to the reading to bring it back into the normal range. This process is known as R-adjustment.
In order for R-adjustment to work, both values in the relationship must be close to each other. If one value is far away, then no adjustments need to be made and the Voltmeter reads 0.
If one value is close to the normal range, then no adjustments are needed and the Voltmeter reads 1. If one value is outside of the range, then R-adjustment has to happen.
R-adjustment can be difficult or even scary to figure out on your own, so it is best done by a qualified matchmaker.
Use the largest value of R
Whenver possible, adjust R3 to match the value of R3 when R is zero. For example, when travelling by airplane, make sure that the seat in front of you is not less comfortable or more spacious than the other seats.
Similarly, when investing money, try to keep your total money invested as long as the blue chips you are investing are worth what you are spending on them.
The larger the ratio of return between risk and reward, the bigger this value of R is. The voltmeter indicates whether your risk and reward are equal before and after adjustment for inflation and age, respectively.
When ageing well through time alignment, there is plenty of return on equity even with a small adjustment in this value of R.
Use the smallest value of R
When the voltmeter reading is zero, this means that your relationship is adjustments so that the relationship is between you and your partner is healthy.
This value of R when R3 is adjusted so that the voltmeter reading is zero can be a little scary at times. However, if you are looking for something more serious, this value of R when R3 is adjusted so that the voltmeter reading is zero will have plenty of return for you.
A return for what? For being in love! When you are in love, it can be very strong. If you are sitting on a solid love train, then go ahead and ride out the full speed of love.
If you are sitting on a train that feels like it will not stop moving, then get off and sit down to enjoy the ride. You will thank me later.
Determine the current using an ammeter
When the battery in a rechargeable device is fully charged, it can no longer hold a charge. To determine how much power is in an item, use an ammeter to measure the amount of electricity in an item when its charged.
Ammeters were common during the early days of electricity, and scholars such as Thomas Edison used them to test power lines and new electrical systems. They are still used today to confirm that a new installation of electricity has enough pressure to flow through a circuit.
To test the value of an item when it has been powered up, use an ammeter to measure the amount of electricity in an item when its charged. An ammeter will give you two readings: a low-pressure reading and a high-pressure reading.
Look for a low-pressure reading, which is when the gauge shows less pressure than surrounding air. A low-pressure reading indicates that the voltage on an electrical device is adjusted so that the needle does not go above—and hence register—the total amount of electricity being used.
Determine the voltage using a voltmeter

Compare results for different values of R
When R is an index such as in the case of a weight-loss diet, there are several ways to compare the results of two people on the same diet. One way is to use the units of measurements for each person’s weight loss, such as pounds lost in kilograms or pounds lost in inches.
Another way to compare values is to use a common value like 4 or 5, where 4 represents little change in one category and 5 represents complete change in another.
In the case of weight loss, a value of 4 would be little adjusted for gain or loss while a value of 5 would be total elimination. A value of 3 would be adjusted for only increase in one category while a total elimination would include no change in another.
Consider atmospheric pressure effects
When an apparatus or a device is preset, it should have a zero value for the atmospheric pressure effects that are applied to it.
When a device or apparatus is preset, it should have a zero value for the physical and mental effects that are applied to it during use. For example, when using an electric blanket, make sure there are no pressures applied to the body or mind during use.
When using a timer or oven setting, make sure they have a zero value for how long they take to apply and how they respond. If one of these does not seem important, then do not spend money on them!
Consider changing which devices you use together which gives value of R when R3 is adjusted so that the voltmeter reading is zero.
Make sure that instruments are calibrated properly
When using an untrained device, it is important to make sure that the device is being used in the correct way. Most of the time, people use these devices for self-improvement and meditation purposes only.
For example, when looking at Heart Rate Monitor devices, they must be used on a lap or in water! When using Researched Devices, make sure that you are using the correct unit for your weight and age.
Many people do not realize this, but when doing self-love practices such as massage or yoga, you need to set a self-care rule. For example, no talking during a massage and no checking cellphones during yoga poses. These rules can be made before so that you are properly prepared for the practice.
These rules can also apply to other techniques such as mindfulness exercises or daily activities.
